10 reasons why I HATE the Twilight movie
After watching Twilight for, like, the 10th time I've decided that it really just pisses my off...
1. They do not capture the character personalities at all.
2. Edward seems soooo Akward when talking to Bella
3. The romantic scenes leaves something to be desired and the relationships between characters seem weak!
4. They skipped a lot of my fave scenes in the Novel (eg. the Blood Typing scene)
5. The scenes happen in the wrong order
6. The dialog between the characters and character actions are too different from that in the book.
8. I could have sworn 'Rosalie' stuck something edible in her mouth in one of the cafeteria scenes
9. Edward, in one scene, wears freaking SUNGLASSES to school -how whack is that?
10. It's too damn short and some of the cast cannot act to save their lives.
AND another thing: Is Jacob's hair really that long in the book?
Gosh that movie pisses me off! I hope New Moon will be a improvement -since they have Dakota to show them rookies how it's done!
But thee is one thing I like about it:
THE CULLEN BOYS ARE HOT!!!

he's got a point though. up until the movie came only me and like f other girls knew about twilight at my school then the movie came and BAM! i can't go 5 seconds without seeing a twilight book, shirt, jacket, bag...

I used to like Twilight, really I LOVED it. But then the movie happened, which caused this whole teeny-hype (mostly because "Robert Pattinson is sooo hawt") and it took down all the magic. And by the way, I heard they were gonna ask Madonna to do the soundtrack for New Moon. The Horror!

The movie wasn't the best, i found it a little bit dry, the acting was just strange at points, but i have seen worse movies in my time.

i agree with you on everything except the dakota bit. i don't know i just think she has too much of a baby face to do it. not that she's a bad actor or anything i really like her in other movies. and i heard they got a new director for new moon so *crosses fingers* lets hope it's better!
and yes jacobs hair is pretty long in the book too. and did anyone notcie that all the kids at bellas school had nice cars with the execption of bella and like five other people? wasn't it supposed to be that the cullen's cars were the only nice ones that stood out? i don't know that just kinda bug me and made it seem like no one took notice in little details that could have helped the movie be just a little better

I totally agree, but i think alot of it was the directer's fault. the actress who played bella, Kristen Stewart, was actually pretty good in other movies like Catch that Kid, Zathura, and the Messengers. Also they left out some really important scenes, and changed them. What are they gonna do when later in the series a part they left out is needed to explain something? Even little things made a big impact in the books, and they totally messed so much of those littlew things up! I hated the movie, the books are awesome, though.

Book to Movie renditions are tough, especially in the case of Twilight, in the books every insignificant detail becomes important, and if you notice a lot of it IS mental, if they tried to do the movie page for page we'd have been watching that movie for days, AND most of it would have been monologues! lol I don't like monologues.
