are humans food or friends?
humans.? are they food as in a good drink or are they friends as in they mean no harm to the vampire race.as of late news has been getting to me of humans trying to wipe out vamps complete...so should all humans be considered food and the enemy or are there still some who deserve to plead their case and become vamps?

Uhh, I think they should be left as they are unless they are trying to wipe us out. Even then, I say we only re-educate them to be more accepting of us and everything in general. Masochistic, genocidal humans are bad but every life is precious and equal and I would not have them killed no matter how much I detested them. We can better ourselves, we do not have to sink to their level.

Well as for them being food or friends... A little of both I guess. Of course I guess if you're planning on taking a little sip from your friends you'd better have great self control if you're taking a taste. You're right a lot of humans hate us and want us dead, but I'm sure there's still a lot of them that don't believe that we even exist, so to them we're nothing but a urban legend. In other words we mean nothing to them, so why can't we just ignore those ones. As for turning them into vamps, it puts them on an equal level with us, they don't deserve that. Just leaving the ones who aren't out there killing us is what we should do. They live their happy lives and we live ours. Thats the way things should be.

Mass genocide is not the answer to anything. Every life is precious and worth a lot. Everybody has a good side if you dig deep enough. Nobody deserves to be exterminated.

no it's not. not at all. only certain people see it that way. The human purpose (for the most part) is to live a full life, to love, and learn. There are actually a lot of humans, that by some fucked up twist of fate, have but to protect the Earth, save the Earth, and if they can the betterment of mankind. I fall under this group. Except since I'm a fairy I get the added part of bettering human mythical relations. Off to a good start since I have already succesfully gotten three humans to believe in and except us for what we are.

I would love for people to have my eyes so they can look at just a flower or a dog or a tree and marvel at the beauty. Sounds corny, right? But its true. I want everyone to be happy and I don't want anyone to suffer.

lol but you see I still count myself with the humans because I haven't begun my new life yet. and I'm still mostly human. It just is, the way I see things is much simpler then the way others see things. People my age see the simple things that others would overlook seeing it as "unimportant" but we can also see the complex with the right education. Adults however tend to just miss some many simple things and little wonders that we spot in everything. That's what lets me see things this way. Plus I have learn to keep an open mind for "A mind is like a parachute, it works best when open."

We can have a good time along the way. It doesn't have to be all depressing and suicidal and lonely and aggravating. Honestly, that is a miserable existence that I wouldn't wish for anyone =(
