no this doesnt automatically make you a psi vampire. believe it or not a lot of people are able to manipulate energy...in a whole variety of ways. the best way to better your skills is to just keep practising. the brain is a muscle and just like your biceps, the more you work it out, the stronger it will get. you can do anything you want with it. have you tried manipulation of elements? get a candle and sit the candle in front of you, yet far enough away that its not affected by your breath or movements. then try to manipulate the flame, make it grow, shrink, "dance" i use my finger sometimes as a "pointer" and i'll flick my finger back and forth pointing at the flame and it will dance along with the direction my finger is pointing...thats a good start :) or if you can already do small things like that try to manipulate the weather, directing the wind and stopping the rain...like you my abilities started when i was a preteen. just keep working on it and practising...it will get better. it used to take 10-15 minutes of concentration to stop the rain, now its less than 5 minutes :)

Yes practice is what you need at this point and its really up to u to decide what u can do with this. U already have a very developed sense of manipulation and I suggest get a mentor who is more experienced and further help u in honing ur skills
N Sarah is very right that this will and does not make u a Psi Vamp.
