Eclipse I guess, though i only half assed my way through the series because a friend asked me to, i just have a good retention for things I've read

New moon...becouse the end is so beautiful...though is a sad book I like it becouse that was the only twilight book in witch I know how Bella feels and in the end Edward loves her more than ever so thats why I like new moon the most

the first time i read through it, my favourite was eclipse by far.. but once i read new moon again i just appreciated it so much for what it was (plus im also a big romeo&juliet fan)
so yeah, i reckon new moon
