I started learning a few weeks ago using talkIrish.com it's free. at talkirish you clan ask questions in the form to help you learn. also I use http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/irish/blas/learners/beag1/less... to. They have audio lessons that you can download for free in mp3 format.

I really want to learn gaelic it sounds beautiful but I'm crap at french let alone a COMPLETELY different language.

haha actually a lot of fey have roots in Ireland. I got blood going mostly back to England and I wish like hell that I had Irish blood. Yes some people get jealous over a job, I get jealous over blood lines. lol Glad that you are proud of your heritage.

You should do a genealogy. If you have ancestors from the welsh borders or Cornwall that is Celtic enough.

WOW haha that is soo cool, and i sound my age haha, my sister and brother have irish names Orin and Ciara...i didn't know that mine was i've always read that it was greek or russian..........i am irish but only a fourth i am mostly mexican haha my friend calls me her white mexican because i am so pale no one thinks of me as being mexican, i am also welsh and english. and there is my ethnic background for you haha!!!

i see things like that too....i was told that i am plant fey but i'm not too sure that i really am it seems a little too good to be true though i do believe that i have the sight....anyways yes i would like to be your friend haha

by the way some of my favorite names are irish gaelic...Aoife, Niamh, Eithne and Riordan, and Phelan
