OMG ur so wrong on that, im emo and im always crying my bezzies a goth and she is usually happy, if dark!!
Emo is poetry, loneliness, depression, suicide at times but that is actually unusual! Most people just think its
a fasshhion statement but it isnt... its a problem! TRUST ME... i no! anyway look it up on the internet and u'll get it!

Wait I realized they are not really alike. Emos only like rock music but it doesn't matter about their look. But goth is when you like balck a lot and you like wear it a lot and you wear mascara....... Ah ha
