Getting energy is like giveing it, only instead of sending it you pull it. THey way I've done it is pullin it from your fingers. Relaxing your body and self will help with this. As you relax start to feel the energy around you and think about it being pulled in by your finger tips. They'll start to tingle a lil as you do it. Thats should be how you pull energy. For some people it can be different. (Note. why I said should)

yep. Raven has a great explanation there :) and also remember that you when using energy...you can take it from anywhere. you dont always need to use your own energy reserved within. you can get energy from pretty much everything :)

Yup and its only safe that if u are trying a heavy duty energy manipulation then absorbing from the surroundings would be much safer then just from your body. I do it from my eyes or from my mouth
