from my experience it doesnt really play out like that. if your talking in terms of "psychic rape" or ethics, simply feeding from the ambient energy of a large crowd would be more than sufficient. such as high schools, malls, or any large gathering.

if you are taking against some ones will that is about the same, and argued as psychic rape by the psy vamps. part of the reason they came out of the wood work in the late 90s and 2000s but the internet makes all kinds easy to pop out
