im goin' Nuts :S

ok, i just realized im hearing a voice, but i don't know if its me or something or someone is playing games with me. Im sometimes alone in my room and sometimes i get a spooky feeling. i sometimes feel i am being watched by someone. 2 days ago the voice repeated itself in my head danger danger danger. Than some guy want to steal my wallet. I fought back and beat him up. He was laying on the ground and i grabbed a pipe. I was talking to myself whether i should hit him some more until the pipe spoke to me mentally saying to shut the hell and let me do the talking. i dropped the pipe quickly. i feel im going nuts. i don't know if im going crazy or some spirit is haunting for my guilty concious :S please i need advice.
