Is it worth telling a crush, when you know you'll be shot down?

Personally I'm planning on tell him, just to get it off my chest, but I'm certain il'l be shot down...what are your experiences?

Other wise you'll have to live with knowing what if you said?
And what if he did like you and you didnt know?
You should tell him no matter what.
Because at least you know you took the chance to find out what would have happened.
Being honest about how you feel about people is a must.
