is it wrong to want to become a vampire? i see alot on here that the vampite community seems to dislike that humans wish that they could be like them. So I pose the question why is it wrong to want the life of a vampire?

I think the problem is a lot of real vamps find it irritating dealing with all the myths about vampires. Most people want to become immortal undead superhuman vamps of the films... and they don't exist as far as anyone knows. Plus most vamps think it is impossible to become a vamp you cant be turned you have to be born one. So people wanting to be vamps are like someone wanting to be a different skin colour it is just impossible.
actually you can have your skin color changed. but i do see your point, but here is another question for you, do you believe that a person can have been a vampire in their past life, but be reincarnated in a mortal body

Yes well you can do a lot with laser surgery indeed but you know what i mean.
Well it depends what you mean by a vampire... if we are talking about human living vampires they die like everyone else. Some vampire houses believe in a process of ongoing reincarnation in which vampires live again and again their lives and seek out each other. Other vamps don't believe in reincarnation.
The classic European vampire of folklore and in Bram Stoker is Christian so it cannot reincarnate. In fact that is why its immortality is a curse unlike a human a vampire cannot die so it is denied the chance to enter heaven indeed its soul is often seen as already damned.
In countries which believe in reincarnation like India vampire type creatures are either demons or wicked humans punished by being trapped in vampire form and thus prevented from joining the cycle of rebirth.
Its a complicated question... you have to work out exactly what type of reincarnation and vampire you are thinking about.

Aha interesting.. well a lot of reincarnation doctrine believes that supernatural events like past deeds will follow through. There are stories of curses following people through lives I hear. So if you had an encounter with a vampire in a previous life then it would make perfect sense for it to effect you in your current incarnation.
serious talk alert! serious talk alert! hehe, she replys with 2 sentences and u reply with ten million sentences. just kidding, i don't mind that much.
