Looking for answers/help.
Ok where to begin....
For some time now I have noticed this presence following me. It's not often I pick up on it but it makes me feel uneasy. Only two others have sensed it so far but they can't get much out of it. They tell me it's a female following me. Why? I don't know.
But I have a strong belief that this presence, ghost or whatever it is holds the answers I've been looking for. I am here seeking help. How do I communicate with something so elusive and immaterial. Perhaps I'm merely kidding myself. But I would like to at least attempt to communicate if indeed the presence exsists and 2. If it holds the answers I'm looking for.

First of all, always ask the right Questions? Make sure the questions you want to ask are the right ones. I say that twice because it is important, you can ask one question twenty different ways and get twenty different answers... So make sure the question you have is the answer your wanting back.
secondly, You have to ask yourself... DO I REALLY WANT TO KNOW? i've asked spirits things, and the answers i've gotten i really could have done without.
Thirdly, You have many ways of asking a question... You could tape the session, and ask it whatever you wish, and play it back. you can write it down and tape the answer. you can ask yes or no questions, and if they tap once its no, if they tap twice its yes etc...
My favorite is when im alone, i'll ask them to brush my shoulder... the shiver helps me know...
