well i like to go outside where there are no distractions and sit on the ground in the middle of my field or down by my river and listen to nature. It really helps me
you could also try meditative music my friend uses it he says it works fairly well but he is really good at emptying his mind and being able to concentrate. . . you could also try a ritualistic form of meditation ive done that myself too.
