my family/ origin

I want to find things out about my ancestors...the only problem i am part changling so that means i was left with humans...i know my father, a full blooded vampire, is dead and up untill a few days ago i thought my blood mother was completely fea but now i know she was half vampire... I have no way however to find out were my blood comes from... I guess im kind of alone since in my life my blood mother has made contact only twice and both times she would not show herself to me... Does any one have any idea how i can figure this out? I am aware i might not like what i find but im willing to risk it...
