Permalink Reply by Sarah on November 8, 2009 at 9:10am: its not even the existence of the groups that bother me...its the bloody invites to these groups. its just sort of childish...like "hey! join my group and tell me how fabulous i am!" honestly...if people think you're great...they're going to tell you on their own. they dont need to be asked. or prompted in any way. i think that the groups on here should be a little bit more creative than "who loves me!" lol and at least serve a purpose. even the "family" groups serve a purpose. its a group where friends get together and talk and each has their own place within the family. these dont even seem to serve a purpose except turning everything into some sort of popularity contest. because you know whats going to happen. someone is going to get arrogant and start saying "people love me more than they love you" and its going to become a big argument among people...and isnt that why we all came here in the first place? to escape this popularity crap?!; ▶ Reply to This
