premonition

Is it a gift or just your mind playing tricks? (trying not to sound silly here being carful to what i say and how i put it lol) AND THIS DOES HAPPEN TO ME

I get it all the time like ill dream of sommat like months ago and then just one day for a split second it will become reality...and its feels awful like a slight dizzyness....but it happens all the time but nothing major like no one dying just simple little things just wonderd if its a gift or sommat...
