i have the same thing, and basicly, all that's going on, is your mind is giving you a premonition of what you are anticipating or will be. if you need to know more just ask.

the best advice i can give is to remember that your visions are not set in stone. i've learned that recently. keep a journal and a pen by your bed so that when you wake up after having one of these dreams you can write the details down while you still remember and then decipher the messages that way. and just make sure to be open to them...but if you have too much trouble sleeping, like i do sometimes from how vivid the dreams are...you can always just block them. just set up boundaries in your mind so that they cant get thru :)

I have the exact same thing but with me i remember them right before they happen and sometimes i see things that i haven't seen in my dreams right before they happen. I haven't figured out how to control it yet and personly i don't know if i want to cause i've had some bad experiances with it. . .i'll tell you more if you want me to but i don't want to scare you AV.x
