I know vampires definitely don't sparkle in the sunlight like in twilight (I mean that's just extremely stupid) but I always thought that vampires burn and turn to ash in the sunlight. I don't know how accurate this website was but I remember a couple years ago I read online that when you're a vampire "life stretches out very long when you never get to see the sunlight." I was just wondering if this is true? Do vampires turn to ash in the sunlight? And is it true that you can't set foot into a church or a temple or touch anything blessed by a priest?
there are many different kinds of vampires and they may be lies to adressing some vampires and other stuff may be true and that also goes for the others from our kind or another.
Get your thoughts straight dude how do u know if we cant touch holy stuff if ur talking about urself and the same thing i told wanderer goes for u, not all vampires are the same not all are amune to sunlight.
ok, very close
sunlight can be somewhat harmful to us, but really it's just very irritating (and I blister but that's pophoria)
and the lifetime thing is completely dependant on what type you are (Im going to live to probably 100 or so, typical human age
well I don't know abaut sang vamps becouse I'm a psy vamp but I think it's preety much the same...I can be in the sulight for as long as I want but I don't realy feel comfterble there, I prefer the dark, and the burning thing doesn't happen, it's just a Hollywood thing. And I can go to a church, infact I know a vampire that is cristian. So I don't think any of that is true it's not like you die it just makes you feel uncomfterble that's all.
thats what i alwas felt when u said "most are phantom cravings remnants of a life before" and i just want to go back to that life every day. oh yeah! and i alwas thought(i dont no why) for us to just a demen inside a human shell. they wonts were a vampire, then deid some how, then reincarnated into a human shell.
I don't know anything about turning into ash, but I am a half-vampire. I can go out in the sun, but only for a short time before I start to burn, unless I'm covered. Temples and churches and stuff do nothing to me, but I like to stay away from that stuff.
Thats not true. I go out in the sun and it just annoys me (like a bug that wont come off) But I think thats just me. I dont really like heat on me. And I am an Atheist. So I step into a church kind of like "omg why is this here?" But I won't get mad or argue with anyone who belives in ahem...God.....Or anything like that, but I wouldn't want to be drowned for five seconds then be claimed as blessed. Just saying. And one more thing. We can go absolutely anywhere we are not invited. It's just not polite thats all. Lol.
The sunlight bit is not completely true. My eyes are very sensitive to light. And I burn quite easily. I can, however,go out in the sun. I just prefer not to. Also the priest bit is not completely true. I prefer to stay away from churches and such, but I love old cathedrals and I like to go in and just feel all the history of the places. But I have this theory that if you believe something to be true, then it will affect you.
