Question for vampires
I know vampires definitely don't sparkle in the sunlight like in twilight (I mean that's just extremely stupid) but I always thought that vampires burn and turn to ash in the sunlight. I don't know how accurate this website was but I remember a couple years ago I read online that when you're a vampire "life stretches out very long when you never get to see the sunlight." I was just wondering if this is true? Do vampires turn to ash in the sunlight? And is it true that you can't set foot into a church or a temple or touch anything blessed by a priest?

vampires can go into churchs and temples. now about the anything blassed by a priest thing. do u mean like crosses? or like holy water? and the sunlight thing is just cause vampires live for the darkness, not for light. it sort of just herts thier eyes.(at least for me) and if they have more sencitiv skin they can probly burn a little. the last part is just a theory that i have.

Vamps can touch holy relics,they have no reaction to garlic or silver,and can practically be wherever it suits them to be(in other words you have no place to hide once a vampire sets his eye on you).As for the traditional stake through the heart that only paralises unexperienced vampires.Sunlight doesn't kill a vampire directly but more than 4 maybe 5 hours of direct sunlight and you start to feel sick i mean real sick and then crumble to the ground and die but you don't burst into flames oh and vampire bodies decompose faster than normal human bodies since we are already dead so after a few days a vampire corps looks like a human corpse dead for over 3 years.Vampire are susceptible to fire but they can heal from it,even though obviousely slower,if they get the chance to.If you want to kill a kindred i would sugest cutting off his head and then burning the body just to make sure he doesn't have extreme regenerating capabilities(older kindred posess this kind of regeneration and is rumoured that some very old vampires really can't be killed being able to regenerate their bodies entirely even if their bodies are completely destroyed) Well that's how i see it anyway :D

yes its posible. they just have to be carefull to tri and not bite the human. it dosnt work that well for me though.

I can go in the sunlight. I don't sparkle but I do become very pale looking in the sun, and then it is hard to look at me because the sun reflects off of my skin. When I am inside or it is night time, I look very tan. It doesn’t burn me to ashes; I can stay outside just as long as anyone else…though I am more sensitive to it. I don’t burn; I just start to become overheated quicker than humans. I’m cold-to-touch by nature. As far as the "turning to ashes" and the "sparkling" thing...it's the movies, they're allowed to over-exaggerate. That's why it is called entertainment. :)

Umm.... Im a vampire and i have been outside during the sun it doesnt turn you to ash you feel pain from your head to your toes and it gets harder for you to see and if your a pure blood maybe you cant breath has well but that i heard from som where i never met a pure blood
And i have set foot in a church i have no harm to it but holy water does burn me
But not all Vampires are the same
