My schedule during this week is going to be extremely boring and irritating. I seek a way to place a kind of dummy self in my conscious mind while I enjoy dreaming until 8:00 that night. Mind you that I am looking for a process that can be repeated alot. Thank you in advance.

it's a form of medititation, you can literally be standing in front of yourself if you do it right. Like I usually project when Im on the computer to go check on the kids and stuff. It's alot like multitasking, but the things your physical body is doing dont regester to the upper mind and are processed by the lower, yet are still ultimately controled by the upper. It's sorta like Abaddon's answer but your still totally aware while being unaware. And to do it all you have to do is focus to the center, let the energy build and then realease out the top of your head or chest, dont worry your gonna be tethered by an energy line your aura will automatically make
Thanks but I already know how to do that. It kinda feels like you are warping the day forward and stuff to me. But what I wanted is a way to stay intelligent while my mind thinks of more important things, not literally dreaming, since I do very little of that.
