There is no true reason for Lycans and vampires to be enemy's, so no there is nothing for them to be enemy's over.

I live out in werewolf territory. Unusual, but I've never had any issues. In fact, my best friend in a werewolf. She's not a shape-shifter, but her soul is very wolf.
