Hmmmm....Depends on what Twilight.
I love the books but not the movie ¬¬
I personaly don't sparkle, I don't have any venom and sun doen't bother me (it's just annoying!) and I never met a vegetarian vampire, but it's cool!
Let the humans think it's true ].[

I think they would be insulted by the movie, but not by the books. The books are fictional, not based on fact, so they cant be insulted. but the movie, is just plain bad.... its even insulting to twilight series fans!

i'm a HUge fan of the books
but when the movie came out it was a little bit disappointing because it's was all focused on the looks of the vampires

I am a real vampire, psychic though but still I am a real vampire and I don't think it's insulting, I actualy red the whole saga and watched the movie and I liked it, but I don't take it seriusly for me it's like the way the author thinks vampires are, just like in diffrent movies and diffrent books you have diffrent vampires and to me it matters the most that I know the truth abaut how we realy are and let the world think what it wants, but it pisses me off when someone like my cousin thitks he is a vampire and it doesn't go in the sun becouse they want us to think that they will sparkle and shit like that, now that is insulting to me

Well, I can not speak for every one out there in the world, we are as diverse as humans are but I SPEAK FOR MY SELF HERE!

I do have cold skin.

As for super fast well there were instances where I amazed my self at my speed and others but that may just be the adrinal rush, seeing as it happened when I had to act quikly in order to defend my self.

I can sleep in a coffin but I preffur a bed (have you tried laying down in a coffin for an hour?) if not try it and you will understand ! :-D Altough I would rather see my room as my tomb simply becuase:
It is the coldest room in the house and it is also the darkest room in the house becuase I ensure that my curtains are closed all the way due to the sun bothering my eyes when I try to sleep and also becuase my skin is very sensitive to sun light, in that I burn easy and when I do burn it is usealy blisters which also tend to burst at some point or another, and the sun drains my life energy away and makes me feel ill.

I would say the real deffinition would be:
A being mortal or immortal who posses`s a flawed spirit or incomplete life force energy and or anatomical anomolies that force the being to conduct in active or inactive feeding of what ever substance is required be it blood or energy from another living being.

Twilight makes vampires seem real. Classic vampire stuff just seems so.... idk fake. I wouldnt see how smokin hawt vampires could possibly be offensive toward the real ones (us) but whatever, I guess. I find the portrayal of vampires in the series very rational. Now we can all look at people and wonder if they are vampires or not... kinda fun.

they probably think its humorous. we dont know much about vampires and there are so many different deffinitions of them that they are probably nothing like them.

Well I think some of them r like the ones were they just say vampires r evil creatures that attack only inisent people cause well for wat its worth I only prey on criminals and murders and such like so that my opionion so well thats it for wat its worth.

I enjoy the Twilight movies and books. I don't find it insulting at all. I find it cute actually that humans are into the whole vampire thing. Although, as a result of the Twilight series, many people are going around pretending to be vampires and claiming to be one when they are clearly not.. I find that both annoying and insulting
