What is it that im seeing?

I cant figer it out! i been thinking enagey and then i thought wind but i just dont know.

I can see something in the air used to see it only outside now i see it avreywere i am in side or outside dont matter anymore. it used to just be me seeing something looking like wind a weird wite see threw grayish like color i cant really exsplane. it would move like wind it was alout of it it was comeing of me. And comeing from avrey other place i would look. it moved not to fast not to slow. u could say it was kind of slow around me faster avrey other place. now i am inside and i can see it sometimes the same way. but sometimes i see it like rain and really fast now idk why im seeing it change like this. and idk what i am seeing anymore. sometimes i like see wite and black in it just little dots of it and its very little and not for a long time. then it stops and gose back to eather alot just pasing by at a not slow and not fast speed. or fast and looking like rain. What dose this sond like ? what am i seeing..because it dont make sents to me.

i see okay if your talking like do i need glasses.
Yes i do but its only for one eye and even when i close that one bad i eye i see the same .
