what is this light ball? a spirit?
ok first i tried to help my friend Linda whit searching for her boyfriends feelings, but after a while i saw a light ball before my eyes, i tried to gather her boyfriends feelings in to energy which i managed to do but then i suddenly got cold in my hands, and i sensed anger and sadness in my heart and also a bit unwelcome, when i opend my eyes i was nearly lost my breath, after Linda tried the same, and she said she saw the same light ball before her eyes but she only got heavier in her heart, i tried a second time this time i decided to "mind jump" and try and see if could enter the light ball but it rejected me and then i got cold chills over my body, i opened my eyes again and felt some what drained.
i think that ball of light surrounding Linda's boyfriend has to do whit his recent behaviour lately, according to Linda he seems more distant
i really hope someone can help me out whit this

the light ball sounds like a thing we call an orb, it is a spirite. it could be his guardian angel trying to protect him from harm.

It likely wasn't his spirit, but emotional energy. We all let out loads of energy all the time. Ever notice your computer seems to go to hell when you are really pissed? Yeah, emotional energy. Magic, in all its lovely forms, are a manipulation of energy and elements. You were focusing energy and energy that is focused like that can become light. It wasn't a spirit or a guardian, but a collection of emotions. His spirit may be around but what you were collecting was not his total spirit.
