That's future dreams and precognition. I don't know about the crossing over and gaurdian angels. But a lot of people have future dreams and precognition but nobody believes them. For some people (like my dad) it goes away. But for others they learn how to use it.

Yes I believe you. I feel, hear and see spirits as well. My sister sees the future and can some times change if wanted, not so much now.
