ok the last time i did it it was by accident..just sat in the grass. cleared my head. and wanted to look around the corner without physically having to go. lol i was ver lazy. so i think it would work for me again

Okay.. Then I believe you might have the connection needed.

First, you have to let go of all 'Earthly" bounds.. Whatever ties you to the Earth.. like.. a boyfriend, school, work.. Let everything go. This will create a peace of mind.When you enter the state of peace... You'll know it. You'll be able to feel it coursing through your body. And then after that.. You picture the place you would like to visit.. And then think of going there.

This method might not work for you, just so you know. But it's the method that I find the easiest.

if you mean do i ever want to put it down and feels like its calling to me than it would be no for the first and yes for the second.

Well, first, you need to know if it's your 'working stone'. Which means that you need to find the stone or jewel that you have a sort of connection to. Do you feel a sort of pull towards the amythyst when you hold it?

ohh ok thanks. it just so happens that i already have amethyst lying around my house...so how would i use it? oh sorry if im being a bother but i really need to astral travel to find out who i was. and im curious.

Amythyst has a lot of metaphysical properties... It help bring about certain energies that help with stability, peace, calm, balance, courage and inner strength. It's also used to help protect against psychic attacks. Amythyst is also great for helping to open up spiritually, so one might access the astral plane easier. It is thus an excellent stone for meditation or dream work, past life work, and to help you see your path.

hey everyone! does anyone want to clue me in about the stones? amethyst helps in what? astral traveling?
