If i dream its about a different world and all im doing is searching for someone but the person is always different before i just used to dream about me dying

wow thats scary ......my sisters dream weird me out shes afraid of me nw cause everytime she dreams i kill her in her dreams and a few times i dream my self drowning and i wake up grasping for air

I almost always die or kill someone in mine... I could use some help with that.. I did teach myself to lucid dream, I already always knew when I was dreaming, but it only helps if I can keep control of my emotions.... and lately my infinate white room, my safe place, is harder to find and hold.. I feel, and this will sound soooo stupid, like I am running out of time.. The time to whatever all these dreams mean is leading to, is almost here.. I dont think Im ready..
