In the first film, I thought he looked perfectly cast. The long-hair made him very much "native-American" looking...though in fact he isn't. And look at him smile...those canines are tantalizingly long. His role in the books is problematical, and I suspect I won't like his role in the film...not nearly enough positive about Jacob as a man and as a were.

I love gay weres and especially long-hair, dark-eyed ones like Mr. Black. Alas, he's not gay in the book...but I can imagine him thusly. Supposedly, he's packed on some muscle for the next movie...and that can only be good. Most of the vamps are wimps and a right hunky were would be great. Gay would be even better.
