Vision Pains

is it normal for me to have a demonic voice take over my words while having a vision? is it normal for my body to be a piece of paper to my visions? are my eyes supposed to change from blood red to pure black steel to white? am i supposed to hurt people when having a vision?
everytime i have a vision i am terrified. i dont know what to do afterwards. i can not show my arms and legs, or anything when i am outside. what do i do? what can i do? i dont want to lose my visions, i just want to make them less vilante.
