Ok. I see spirits and hear them too. it is a gift, dont fight or fear it. it crept me out until i understood it. I freaked out so much, i was contemplating sucide. Then i came across a site on the internet, it told me about it and i talked to others with the same gift, i cant remember what the site was, but now im not killing myself. It still scares the shit out of me and in result i fear the dark. but just dont freak!

duhhh dont fear them if u fear them then they can hurt you Emo Alice if u fear them they have power over you as dose any thing you fear dont let it cause fear and it cant hurt you
