I never stated once that Lycans are weak Madeva! I know for a fact they are extremley strong, more so than young vampires. But during tranformation they Don't comprehend what the fuck they are doing. they don't even remember what they hell they did during that time the very next day. And yes, CLUMSY as an amimal. easley taunted, easley tricked.
