Just to let you all know.. that i do not get on the site as much as i used to do...I am happy to see that each of the members in this group is helping each other and getting along at least i hope..A lot is going on back at home so very often i will be on to update and mod the site.

channelling heat through ur hands is good for healing. mostly think heal when u have ur hands placed on the area that hurts, make sure to always concentrate :) works for me

there are many things you can do for healing you could put an aventurine or crystal in the sun and let it soak up the healing powers of the sun then place it on or near the body part that needs healing or you can take some clean water in a clear container and put it in the sun or moonlight then bless it with healing powers and drink some and r** some of it on the afflicted area of course nothing beats simply channeling healing energy to the problem area
these things normally work for me so i hope they can be of help to you
