frozen

moving faster, i swear he can hear
darkness plunges into my opening fears
the thumping in my chest seems to slow as i run into the unknown
i must hide, hide from the things the world has shown
the darkness is blinding as i stubble and fall
and of course he is there standing tall
i wait for the pain that he always makes
but instead this time he takes
and finnally my heart is truley frozen
