Writing a story together

Anyone will be allowed to write any amount of it as you like, just do not dominate the story.

To continue the story: Reply to the last person to write a bit.
To comment on the story/suggest something that could happen but not written out: Do not reply to any specific person.

(Btw if it turns out good I will try and get it published, but we will all get credit, don't worry)

It can be about... an ordinary school where everyone is supernatural, but everyone keeps it a secret (apart from occasional telling it to your best friend) so no one knows that everyone is :P So perhaps we could have it going to different people's point of view at times. (At which case please state that it has changed POV)

If this is really the big scene finally of the book (and im not sure if it is) but if it is we need a big BAM that would really spice it up but personally I think that the evil vamps should give something like a secret that could defeat them away but they don't realise it at that moment they only realise it in a future bug battle when they're all about to be killed or whatever and yayyyy save the world. I'm thinkin that maybe the next time they'd meet there'd b lila thorn with them and she could have some sort of mega power that she suddenly developed. I dont know but maybe this is the final battle so I'm probably just rambling... *

a) Matt is kind of useless on his own at the moment because he can't do any magical fighting so if he couldn't have magic used on him in a harmful way then they could fighting physcially and so he'd actually have a chance of winning...
b) Everyone else has more than one (I think... :S I loose count) or they're not human.

And there were other reasons but I forgot, I was going to mention Matt's powers when being Aliah last night, but I forgot, because of course Matt doesn't know it yet because he didn't know anyone else with magical abilities before the book.*; ▶ Reply to This

Think think! I have to focus! I need a spell to make the tornado disappear without ruining anything else in the process! My head felt light headed for a moment and I almost fell but at least the words were in my head and I whispered them so no one could hear. I didn't know any spells that could make the mass of uncontrollable wind vanish so instead I transformed it into a thunder storm.
I watched it spin and prayed that the spell actually worked, it spun once, twice and I was sure there was nothing different until it seemed to start shrimking smaller, and smaller until it was all gone and a few seconds later I heard the whip sound of thunder breaking across the dark sky.

POV Anthony

Those stupid bastards just burned off my eyebrows. I traced the area on my forehead which was now smooth. I saw Kyle laugh. They'll pay for this. I had killed that powerful girl a while back without even knowing what her powers were and now I'm going to find out. I searched for her powers and brought them out in full strength... a fizzing sound errupted from the tips of my fingers and hit Kyle, the other one was out of my eye sight. Yes! Lightning. I kept on sending electricity through him, he couldn't keep it up much longer I reached my other hand and flxed my fiingers and without pausing from shocking Kyle I sent the same number of Watts buzzing through his sister. I brought them down to their knees, they were weak and I wasn't about to stop until they were six feet under.
"What the hell Anthony? That was my fight!" Like I cared. I was going to destroy them all.
Rain started pouring everywhere and if I was human I might have been blinded. Oh well.

POV Simon

Keisha was obviously taken care of so I had to find that other guy that was beating on Anthony before. I found Matt and I reacted the second I was close enough. I punched him and I was too fast for him to dodge. I knocked him down on the ground and I tried to use my latest power on him... freezing. I blasted ice all over him but... what the hell????... the ice passed through him like he wasn't there. I tried fire but nothing worked. He must be using a power . Whatever, I could still beat this guy with a hand tied behind my back. I head butted him but he stepped to the side and punched me on the side of my face. I tasted my own blood in my mouth as I bit into my tongue. I caught his arm as he pulled it away and twisted.

POV Matt

Why did the ice pass through me? And the fire? Maybe it's my final power? yeah Maybe. I geuss I shouldn't ask right now. I jumped up and was about to srike but insead I had to get out of the way from one of his pathetic head-butts.

POV Stranger

I'm coming...

I'm on my way...

POV Matt

I was about to have my arm twisted out of it's socket when I heard a sweet menacing laugh. Everyone's head spun in the same direction involuntarily. I heard more thunder but somehow I could still hear the quiet footsteps. a figure started to emerge but it was surrounded by fog.

POV Aliah

The fog around the stranger started to clear up and I could see that it was a girl our age.
"I'm here." I managed to hear her whisper before she sent everyone hurling a mile away and landing with shrieks of agony.
I looked over to where Matt had fallen. The girl had send him flying and he was stuck in the only tree, his hand was obviously broken. Ouch. that must have hurt but everyone seemed to be unable to stand up, unless I did something soon it was going
to be over for us...

Permalink Reply by annixandra lightwing on September 10, 2009 at 5:43pm: *hmmm just a random though why doesn't Matt find out he has the ability to pick up certain kinds of ability's like one of the ability's of the bad guys like he gets in a close proximity to one of them and all the sudden starts using there power kind of like rouge in x-man and one of the caricatures in heroes but i cant remember which one it is he picks it up and can only use it when hes in a certain emotional state and wanting to use it that way he didn't know he had the ability to do that plus he has a power and not totally defenseless and if u do it so there is a secret member of the coven then its even odds there's even members of each side well except the one of the good side that's standing off in the back corner of the yard that could be used if need be it could make it interesting if she was involved but just a random train of thought it could get very interesting but i thought this was only like chapter 13 or something like that this could be just 1 of many fights they don't even really know what there fighting for except keeping them selves alive because there supposed to do something important and the coven wants them dead because they can stop the coven from doing what ever it is Lila could be a witch like Aliah and come and rescue the coven and it could go on Sammy could have picked up whats really going on from Simon's mind what they are supposed to be able to stop (ie he could be becoming a good guy for some reason and be telling her she could be able to tell truth from a lie when it comes to the mind) and it could get up to a bigger battle were there is a call made to a so far non existent rest of the coven were they came from and back up is called in because Simon and possibly even Kerry came onto there side(Kerry could find out it was Simon that was the one that took her in to the crypt and all of that like the argument was started she could be told the truth because Simon was pissed off at his brother and just tells Kerry, Kerry could fall in love with Simon and turn back more good Simon could join the good guys back up for the coven would have to be called in there would be confusion on who's good and not good in the group but when it comes to the final battle every body sticks together something like that just a rambling random train of thought either way works just thought this way it would make it a lil longer put some more caricatures in there make it a bigger and more complicated bang for the climax just an idea*; ▶ Reply to This
