- I've never been one to talk about myself; it's not a sense of humility that keeps me quiet, but the fact that I don't think anyone needs to know. But I suppose, I could write something, just this once.
My real name, of course, is not Dawn Devon, but my biological name has long since been buried with the rest of my human life.
A lot of my past I don't remember because I don't care to. It wasn't very nice, and I know that I did some horrible things, things that I really, really regret, but I can't go back in time, so I try not to dwell on it too much. And I've worked hard to make up for everything.
I don't know much about other vampires; I don't socialize very much--especially with vampires. But even though I lack the knowledge of the rest of my species, I make do. I survive. The good that does for me.
I have only three friends--oh, there are a lot of people who would consider me their friend, maybe even girlfriend, but they're nothing--one who is a faerie from the Unseelie Court, one who is a werewolf, and one who is a demon--he can be difficult to deal with sometimes, having violent tendencies towards chaos, but I usually keep him under control.
Of course, there are so many more things that I could say, but won't because it's none of your damned business, and I've probably already said way too much.
