No vampires are not immortal, that is impossible.
Vampires are people with a 'condition' is all.
Some vampires have a certain 'power' or something but all we really are is people who drink blood for power or steal people energy for power.
It's not all its cracked up to be really.

You have to be born one and go through an awakening in your teen years.
