You need to work on your energy first, like directing it. You need to meditate, and start to do a few exercises with your mind, and do a lot of visualization.
What I like to do, is meditate, and then after I meditate for a while, I will get up, and feel the energy within me, and then what I will do is bring the energy to my hands, and hold my hands together for about 10 seconds, breathing and making the energy bigger, and then seperate your hands, and try and put them together, if you feel something stop your hands, then it is your energy, then after you feel it, streach your energy, and make it to where you can make it wide, then place it back in your body when you are through. Don't worry if you don't get it the first time. If you want I will send you some energy work, and exercises from a few books that I have lying around if you want me to.
