i agree with Amaily. another way would be to contact your spirit guide and see if they can help cage some of it for you while you learn to do it yourself...thats why i needed to do :)
if you start using them a little more maybe you can feel how it takes over and you can search away to reduce it.

- i am Serenity, or Fe (short for Fiphee). Call me witch ever you choose. My friends have told me for quite a while now that i am a changling, as well as i am a vampire. (Im pretty sure those can be one in the same. if not thats still what i am) I am highly in tune with the moon. At times it is almost as if the moon gives me power. i like people of all sorts. i get along with most anyone/anything.
I am still in school but have very little time left...I have alot of really far out there (according to the world) thoguhts that keep things interesting. i love and hate being different it depends on the day but im usualy really ok with who i am. I believe that regreting something is one of the hardest things to do even if it was a mistake because it will only take you that much closer to who you are supposed to be.
I love to write poetry its a compulsive thing i do and if i have something in my head i have to wright it down... I love my friends and would do anything for them. I hate to see them in pain partialy because it hurts me and puts me in that mood but also because i love them. I have a problem were i pick up on others auras easily (well it is only kind of a problem)...
i have power over alot of people and i dont like knowing that because im scared that one day ill get out of hand with it...Power is a very dangerous thing and i know this... so i try to keep a good eye on my ego to make sure it doesnt grow to large im doing pretty good with that i think. I guess only soem one else would be able to say...
Music is life to me air i guess and i love it i cant go a day without it ...poetry to a rythum...mmmmmmmmmmm. owm lol

allot of people know me
and know me well
