I would say Chocolate Cup!
it has a nice gram crust on the bottom of the cup, then chocolate pudding, then whip cream.

BOTH!!! cupcakes are soft and moist and yummy,cookies are a bit harder but still as tasty...well it depends on where you buy your cookies or cupcakes from...hey what about donuts/doughnuts which ever way you spell it.?

I LOVE SUGAR!!! sorry but i do. i mean, seriously, i can eat handfuls of pure sugar, and drink maple syrup. miraculously i have had 3 cavities and one rotten tooth. haha. and im not that great about teeth brushing. (i like midnight snacks)
I like cup cakes, but after having them all the time i think i would want a cookie after awile.

the cupcake cookie already exists... all you need is a muffin top pan
and cupcake batter...its like a cupcake pan but it only makes the top 1/2inch so u frost it and its like a cookie
