does anyone here no how to lose weight quickly? I just realized that i'm like 300 pounds and wanna lose a decent amount of weight quickly.

uhm...dont go for the easy way out, honestly. I mean you could try all those bs lose-weight pils, or idk the unhealthy patterns of eating, but think about it this way, theyre all crap and the end of another year, you will gain all that weight back...

ugh...well you shoud try something like the abc diet like me =P but am onli 99lbs you should do like 200 sit up also go for regular walks through the day yeah..try that? it might work idk
get exersice two times a week eat at least four meals a day to keep your body going and be sure to start slowly and then you can increase after you start to feel secure about your training methods.
Whatever you do, don't stop eating...
