Lucid Dreaming

How to Lucid dream: lie still in your bed before your normal bed time, eyes closed, stay like that for 30min (at least for begginers) do not let yourself fall asleep. Keep a journal and pen beside your bed and constantly remind yourself 'i am awake'

life, death and all else.

all the fears and complaints about life and death are irrelevant. what is life cannot exist without what is death and without death we would cease to exist. one thing of which others can complain and debate about is the existance of love. is it really out there? and if so why do so many not find it? i for one have given up on the concept of love and all it stands for. for it has no true purpose. it is an illusion.
