Simply me in a scented cave,
Destitution of my soul i see,
Forget the person you long to be,
When the colours of your mind distort,
I could count the stars and sing the days,
But life is too dull for bore.
Sing to me my unknown lips,
So to my soul restore,
Carry me home from my sheltered grave,
Warm me again my skin now grey,
Call to me to remind my name,
The sound of anothers voice untwisted.
Head the warnings of lives in old,
Can't regret a life in worth,
Speak not of the heaven on earth,
It is nothing more than speckled dirt,
Grind me till my bones concave,
Bid my tongue words do stave.
Call me this, speak of that,
I'll not listen with ears plugged tight,
Look at me not for nothing's right,
My soul and eyes unaligned,
Fingers twitching and legs shaking,
Clouded mind to sour tonight.
