I'm writing a story based on Fanaticism in relationship todays youth culture and pop society. The media mainstream seems to take grasp and edge us towards a phenomena every now and then. Ranging from Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, and now Twilight.

What I am hoping to hear from people is Why do certain things trump others and what makes YOU the biggest fan and what makes YOU want to keep re-reading and consistently going to see the flicks?
