Thanks for that. Well I know what she would pick and weirdly it would not be me as she goes on that she will throw me out if I say anything bad about him. I could go to my step father's, but then again it is like watching paint dry. He talks about formula one, any sport but football, watches tv a lot. But I will have to move out before I go to university anyway, so I am going to just keep doing work. Right now I'm training at Blockbuster video under the help of my elder sister.
Went to see the councillor today and talked about my situation. I won't be able to start councilling until september and it is a 12 week program and gratefully I don't need to take any medication.
Is what good? My relationship with my dad? No, it never has been. He is in and out of my life for a lot of the time. When he doesn't want to play daddy when he leaves he goes on and says we aren't his, which is a lie. He has other kids which are younger than me and all it shows is that during his time with my mother he has repeatedly cheated on her. I hear my cry and I try to comfort her, but if I say something about my father in a negative way I get told off for it. I have been thrown out a few times for it but a few days she calls me back.

Even before that he terrorised the home and after the episode he wouldn't even apologise to my mother. A few weeks ago he told her she deserved what she got and she cried to me.
He has started up with the stuff he started off with, that being breaking stuff. Then it will escalate into something more like last time. She goes on that he is a great father and I hate it because I don't exactly know the planet she is on, but it's not Earth.
I have to interact with him. Actually today I have to spend an hour playing scrabble with him. I don't want to, but I have to. Just can't wait for university so I can leave this situation.
Fine. Having some problems with my father though. Last night he got in a rage (he was drunk and my mother yet again was "Throwing him out") and he smashed the windows and a few dishes. Luckily I wasn't in the house and my brother was with our step father and after work I was sent to go there for the night, so I wouldn't see the state of the house. I don't know why my mother persists in this relationship. I have said I think she should leave him, but she tells me to butt out of her personal life. Really a lose/ lose situation.
Thank you! God am I glad that is over, well for a while. I have university on 23rd of September of this year. So I need to find a job that can fit in with my studies. I am going to work with my sister whop is a manager at Blockbuster Videos, so I have to be on best behaviour.
Hi, been finishing my course off. Finished it off last week actually and I am jus happy the thing is finished. I was kind of lazy and I left all my assignments to the last moment but I ended up getting 14 assignments done in a month that contained a lot of pro plus and only 3-5 hours sleep. By the end I was crawling the walls and I slept through two nights undisturbed, which has helped a lot. When I get confirmation of my grades I can tell the university and then I can pretty much pat myself on the back for the hard work. Well I am happy it is all over and I don't need to read any more science books in a rush to cram all the information in and make sure I didn't accidentally copy the text. Trust me with little sleep it is very hard.
