Anime: I like Inuyasha, my friend got me hooked on it just like a month ago. She also read Death Note and said it was really good, I still have to read it.

Other Books: Twilight like you said is awesome.. Depending on what you like to read.. The Bloodline books are good (vampires), and so are the Vampire Diaries. If you like Sci-Fi I would definitely recommend reading Ender's Game. More books are listed on my page. I love books lol.
