how do you become a half vampire?
i was just wondering how to become a half vampire.. and maybe what a half vampire is. What i mean by that is; what powers or strenths do they have. Meaning, can they go out in sunlight, are they mortal or imortal, do they have strong blood lust, stuff like that.

well, there are a few different ways someone can become a half-vampire. In the mythological way of turning it's mainly just doing the ritual at half strength or half length or whatever. so the vampire part of the person isn't as condensed as it would be if they were a full vampire. In modern society, the self proclaimed "real vampires" are people who suffer from energy deficient conditions, such as cancer or chronic fatigue or they were just born that way. the half vampires of this group are those who unintentionally drain energy from those who surround them, friends, family, strangers. Don't quite get it...? If you can get your hands on it, have a look through "Vampires; The Occult Truth" by Konstantinos. This explains about the different types of vampires, and "Vampires In Their Own Words" edited by Michelle Belanger is a collection of these modern vampires' views on their condition and how they handle it. For me I was born half-vampire! It's a special thing that happens when you are half. You can be part vampire or part another creature. If you are bite by both I think. I'm not sure how all that works, though. I'm half-human and half-vampire! I'm little bit stronger than humans and yea I can go out in the sunlight. One of the perks of being half vampire/human! No, I don't crave a lot of blood. The energy I take from others does satisfy me. I'm rare in my family! So I am alone!

thanks! and that is so amazing, i really never would have thought that a half vampire would be able to go out in sunlight. Well, if your rare, then you are an individual, which is so awesome. Maybe one day you'll find another half vampire like you.

i was born a half-vampire with human parents. i only drink blood once a month or twice if it's an emergency. i'm the only one in my family. and i like being the way i am. i'm able to walk in the sunlight (even though i don't like it lol). i have very tiny fangs and i can blend in with the human socirty.(sometimes). the bloodlust is very very low and i'm aweak lil thing like a huamn even though i have the mouth of a vampire lol. i haven't found that many half-vamps only Amaya. and now this coven shows me that there are alot more than i thought. plus not all half-vampires turn into full vamps. i should know i'm still a fledgling lol
